The Sasaki and Miyano Drama CDs are voice-acted CDs consisting of scenes from the Sasaki and Miyano and Hirano and Kagiura manga, as well as original scenarios.

Volume 1[]

The first drama CD consists of scenarios that were originally released as special extras with Monthly Comic Gene, but were later compiled and released as a separate drama CD along with some new bonus features.
CD1[]
CD1 includes a recording for chapters 1-13 of the Sasaki and Miyano manga as well as the special chapter for Hirano and Kagiura featured at the end of Volume 2. Also included are short skits of the Halloween extra chapter (previously released in Monthly Comic Gene, Nov. 2018) as well as the New Year's Wishes extra chapter (previously released in Monthly Comic Gene, Feb. 2018).
CD2[]
CD2 features an original mini drama. Ogasawara receives 5 tickets for an amusement park and persuades Sasaki to go with him, who also invites Miyano, Kuresawa and Tashiro. The second track features Hirano and Kagiura at the same amusement park.
CD3[]
CD3 contains seiyuu talk from the previous CDs as well as one new original track.
Volume 2[]

The second drama CD, themed around Christmas, contains four original scenarios.
Track 1 continues from chapter 29 of the Sasaki and Miyano manga, and is about Sasaki and Miyano meeting up on Christmas to visit an exhibition for a BL movie.
Track 2 is about Sasaki, Hirano, Ogasawara, Miyano, and Kuresawa playing Old Maid together, set roughly near the events of chapter 28.
Track 3 is about Sasaki tutoring Miyano after his college exams are over, set roughly around the events of chapter 37. The limited edition booklet continues from this story.
Track 4 is about Hirano and Kagiura's Christmas party at the dorm, shortly after the events of volume 1 of Hirano and Kagiura.
Anime Drama CD Volume 1[]

The first anime drama cd is an original scenario about the spring charity bazaar held by their school at the beginning of Miyano's second and Sasaki's third year.
Track 1 is about the Disciplinary Committee members planning to help at the charity bazaar, and Sasaki offering to join.
Track 2 is about the charity bazaar proper, with all of the cast showing up to help and look around the bazaar.
Track 3 is about Sasaki and Miyano getting locked into a room with a jammed door while helping with the cleanup afterwards.
Track 4 is about Hirano and Kagiura after the bazaar.
Anime Drama CD Volume 2[]

The second anime drama cd with a partially original scenario about an alternate universe scenario where Sasaki and Miyano are roommates in the school dorm.
Tracks 1 and 2 cover the same content as the original booklet.
Track 3 is an alternate scenario for Kuresawa's fight behind the school building, had Sasaki and Miyano already known each other.
Track 4 is about Miyano and Kagiura meeting and becoming friends.
Track 5 is about the dorm Christmas party in this alternate universe.
Hirano and Kagiura[]
A drama CD covering the events of chapters 3 and 4 of the Hirano and Kagiura manga was released as a special extra for the February 2021 edition of Monthly Comic Gene, commemorating the series coming off hiatus. It also includes a cast radio track.
Another drama CD covering the events of chapters 5 to 8 of the Hirano and Kagiura manga was released as a special extra for the June 2022 edition of Monthly Comic Gene.
